We offer lash extensions, lash lift and tint, holistic spa facials, dermaplanning, chemical peels, hydra facials, extractions of the skin, upper and chin wax, skin Analysis. Also providing henna brow tinting. We customize skincare regimens using plant based products, and all products can be purchased in-house.

Scheduling Policy
Please give a 24 Hour cancellation notice to Certified Lash Tech - Patrice
All deposits are non-refundable...
CLASSIC FILL SET 50% of clients eyelash extensions has to remain, if not, client will be charged full price.
VOLUME FILL SET 50% of Clients Eyelash Extensions has to remain, if not, client will be charged full price.
MEGA VOLUME 50% of Client Eyelash Extensions has to remain, if not, client will be have to pay full price.
Late or No Show Policy:
If you are running late to an appointment we ask that you call us to let us know, otherwise we will assume you will not be showing up and may release the appointment. If you are less than 10 minutes late we will try our best to accommodate you and try and make your lashes as full as possible in the time we are allotted.
You will still be charged the same price.
Please keep in mind each appointment has a 10 minute grace period.
Cancellation Policy:
Here at The Lash Lab byPatrice, PLLC we understand unforeseen events happen and you may need to cancel an appointment. We ask that you give us 24 hours notice as we can adjust our schedule to accommodate other clients and inform our technician. In the event a 24 hours notice is not given we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to credit card on file totaling 50% for fill and/or full sets and for skincare services 50% fee charged.
No Show Policy:
We reserve the right to charge a no show fee to the credit card on file totaling 100% of the service/services to those who do not show up to an appointment. After (2) no shows you will NOT be able to book an appointment unless it is paid in full at times of booking. Absolutely NO REFUNDS at anytime after scheduling.
WARNING ⚠️
Please NO mascara on before or during your lash appointment. As this will interfere with lash retention.
If you wear contacts please be mindful to remove contacts at time of appointment as that can cause dry eye to clients with eye sensitivity
Please keep eyelash extensions clean at all times and inform technicians of any allergies at the time of your appointment 💫 Thank You
